You can easily book through our online portal or by calling the spa directly. We recommend scheduling at least one week in advance to ensure your preferred time and therapist are available.
Can I roll over unused services to the next month?
Yes, it provides a permanent reduction in hair growth. Most clients require 6 to 8 sessions to achieve optimal, long-lasting results.
Is there a long-term commitment?
Our memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment to ensure you see real results. After that, you can cancel or change your tier at any time with a 30-day notice.
Can I share my benefits with a friend?
While the Preferred and Platinum tiers are individual, our Elite Preferred membership includes the "Shared Wellness" perk, allowing you to transfer one service per month to a guest.
