Virtue RF Microneedling does not significantly require recovery time if the patient did not suffer any side effects. Nevertheless, it is advisable to follow your provider’s after-treatment care guidelines. Below are some care tips:
- Apply ice compressors to counter discomfort and swelling
- Use SPF for some weeks post-treatment; your skin will be sensitive to the sun
- Use emollients and antibiotic creams according to your provider’s prescription
- Use a gentle cleanser after the procedure
- Do not wear makeup for at least 24 hours; after that, you can resume your regular makeup and skincare routine
